Rolling Green Rentals – Booking and Security Deposit Policy
By reserving your mini golf rental with Rolling Green Rentals, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Booking Deposit: A non-refundable booking deposit of $100 is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied to the total rental balance and is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed upon by Rolling Green Rentals in exceptional circumstances. Once paid, the booking deposit is non-refundable under any conditions.
Cancellation & Transfer Policy: Cancellations and changes are at the sole discretion of Rolling Green Rentals. The booking deposit is non-refundable, and any transfer of the reservation (if applicable) is subject to approval based on the circumstances, but there is no obligation to transfer or refund the booking under any condition.
No refunds will be issued for any reason once payments have been processed.
